I am NOT an expert on these, but when I see Urkunden that are wrinkled like this, I have my doubts. The signature also looks very questionable. Close up picture of the stamp would help.
Unless the price is verrrry low, I'd stay away from it.

Some years ago I purchased this document and we had a very long thread about it on the germandaagers.com forum.
But the result was that this document was a fake, the signature is not correct and also the font of the letters!
Amazing that the same doucment pops up after a few years!
Perhaps I can trace back the thread!
If you have any questions please mail me.
Best regards,
Rene
Hi Rene -
Did you return it to the person (private or dealer?) for a refund? They should have destroyed it...

I purchased it from a private person, a very friendly one.
I returned it and got a refund.
Also I paid only Usd 150,00 for it.
Imagine yje value if this was real a LSSAH document signed by Dietrich and also the person on the award is "famous". Do a search on the Malmedy murders and you wil find him.

I recognized what the signature was supposed to be, and I'm familiar with who Dietrich was, and the fact and document with his signature is worth a premium. I've been to Baugnez, where he sealed his reputation, and Malmedy, where the massacre did not happen.
My point is, the guy who you returned this to was nice enough to hose somebody else with this document.

Hi All,
Too bad it is incorrect.
I remember seeing a stack of these fake papers(100+) being walked around a local gun show by a couple of scheisters about 5 years ago. I would be very cautious in buying any paperwork like this.
Sorry,
