Generalfeldmarschall Name?

Can anyone tell me this GFM's name? I'm a badge guy, myself, so I'm not up on signatures. And who here, does translations. I've got the RKTer's Wehrpass, and I really would like to find out what he did. He was KIA in the Russian Front. Actually , I have the Major's L/12 RK. That is what is starting this whole cascade of events.

Thanks for the help! Now should I assume that Hauptman Schroter was Kommander 1./ Inf. Rgt 120 (mot), and that the [(mot)] means motorized?

As I said earlier, I do badges. Maybe all this paperwork I have on this guy will open up a new collecting focus.
