    Who can help with a Feldpostnr. 45696?

    Dear all,

    Tonight I acquired a nice complete German gasmask in its camouflaged (!!) container. The mask is stamped with a name 'Feldwebel Schleicher - Felpostnr. 45696'. Most likely the mask was used in Holland around 1944.

    Who can help me identifying this number?
