Is it actually written that way- with a lower case 's'? If so, that would suggest it's probably 1. schwere-Ersatz-Kompanie 94. But I'm not sure what the unit type is. It can't be Artillerie or Flak- the usual ones that have schwere designations- because they are organized into Batterien not Kompanien. It can't even be Panzerjäger because there was no Panzerjäger-Abteilung 94.
Now if it's just a typo and the marking is '1. S.E.K. 94', it's probably 1. Schützen-Ersatz-Kompanie 94' meaning the unit is probably Infanterie-Regiment 94 or Infanterie-Ersatz-Bataillon 94.

Well I found a few other discs marked 'Schützen-Ersatz-Kompanie xx' and doing a little research I found that the only unit types that consistently shared the numbers of all the discs were Infanterie-Regiment and Infanterie-Ersatz-Bataillon. It really doesn't make sense to me for it to be the Ersatz-Bataillon because they wouldn't have Erstaz-Kompanien (it's redundant), so I believe your disc, Rot, '1. S.E.K. 94' is indeed 1. Schützen-Ersatz-Kompanie, Infanterie-Regiment 94.
