Hello Monta,

Standard Faithful Service Decoration First Class doc. Information including date of issue is fine. The majority of those found usually have the standard facsimilie AH signature. Yours was awarded the first year they were issued. What I find interesting is the signature itself which is in an odd location from those normally found with the facsimilie signature. So is it an orignial signature? Cannot say and hopefully a more knowledgable forum member will help answer this question.

in my opinion your document is original, as far as I can see the signature is a printed one, the signature is located more to the right than usual but it still belongs to the document types i have seen.

could cost Between $30-$40

It appears to be a stamped signature, not original with pen and ink. I think the 30 to 40 could possibly be euros instead of $$$, but not much more. There are a lot of these documents out there, not really rare.
