    Help with Wehrpass Entries Please??

    Could someone please help with the following entries in this Army Wehrpass? I am in particular wanting to identify the Russian placeneme I have underlined in the photo. This Pz Jg Abt. was at Stalingrad under the 60th ID (mot) at this date so I am wondering if this placename is a suburb or on the outskirts of Stalingrad? Could someone help too with a translation of all the injuries also sustained?

    (Sorry I have not been able to post photos on the forum system as I am still waiting on my subscription to arrive!)

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello:

    the wounds sustained are as follows:

    -artillery fragments to the head;

    -both arms,

    -both feet

    - in the backside.
    Date (Sep.1942) seems to establish it to be prior to the encirclement of Stalingrad. The locale listed cannot be established by me. However it seems possible that this soldier escaped the fate of the Stalingrad cauldron German forces. The extent of his wounds may have kept him out but the document you have may furnish additional information on that subject.
