Help with Panzer Unit Wehrpas

Looking for some assistance please on the entries for this Wehrpas please.

Been searching online but can not find much on the 2 Panzer units in this Wehrpas and wondered if anyone can shed any light on them please ?

I have been told the soldier was a radio operator within the 1031 then 124 based in a Jagdpanther.

That would be 214, belonging to the newly rebuilt 214 Infantry Division.
The division was caught up in the Halbe Pocket. I am not sure if all units of the division were in the pocket or not.

1031 was used to form Infantry Division 309.
