Wanted to introduce my interesting Soldbuch. The Soldbuch is a Zweitschrift without a photo.
The man was going through Regiment 4 Brandenburg until the Brandenburg was established as Panzergrenadier division.
RKT Generalmajor Hermann Schulte-Heuthaus signature on the EK2 certificate is an Stamp.
The seller received the sold book and certificate personally from the bearer, there was also a story about the awarding of the EK2:
I knew the man and spoke to him, but that was a long time ago when he told me how he got to EK2.
They were on a hill with their anti-tank gun, 12 tanks came out of the forest and one shot and hit the gun,
the noncommissioned officer and he survived and despite the defective gun, he sighted through the barrel and shot down 3.
The others disappeared into the forest again, it was said to be a tank tip he had stopped, and the Americans searched for it after the war,why didn't he want to say. He was a civil engineer after the war.
Thanks for looking cheers Dominic
