Blood Groups in Soldbücher/ Wehrpaße

    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for the help.
    So,I take it from that,that not only the November 1940 dated Wehrpass had the bloodgroup section in,but some Febuary 1939 did too!

      Have you ever recorded or checked how many updates there were to the Wehrpaß....i.e. 1939, 1940, 1942? I have never really checked.
      Unlike the Soldbuch I have never seen another printers than Metten & Co. on s Wehrpaß!

        No, not at all. I haven't even checked the small variations which I know occur...usually in the award sections. The ones that don't conform - like those above - are probably old covers that have been attached to newer type pages.

        I think the only printer is Metten & Co. but I tend to give up when you've gone through a hundred or so. Perhaps there is one somewhere.
