San Ers und Aus Abt 4 - Sanitäts-Ersatz-Abteilung 4
Formed 10.10.1939 in Leipzig Wehrkreis IV from the already existing since 26.8.1939 Sanitäts-Ersatz-Kompanie 4;
1.8.1940 transferred to Eilenburg (Mulde), April 1943 renamed Sanitäts-Ersatz- und Ausbildungs-Abteilung 4.

Formed 14.5.1942 in WK I; Renamed Kriegslazarett-Abteilung 528 (R) since 12.7.1943 with Kriegslazaretten l.-12./528 (R); Kriegslazarette 8-12./528 were disbanded in 1944.
Under: Army troops: West, 1943 in Nancy (4.11.1943 Lazarettbasis West); 1944/45 Ob. West, lastly Mzey, Bad Kreuznach, Neustadt/Weinstraße and Umgebung
