What is a Bombenpass ?

Iv just been offered a small collection of a soldiers paperwork including his wehrpass and also a small white booklet with his military details inside and "Bombenpass" on the cover.
Anyone have any idea what this might me?

As far as I understand it the "Bombenpaß" was a identity/coupon book for people/families who were victims of bombing. Although I have never had one myself I understand that on the cover p2 where a list of rules that bombing victims had to follow when housed in guest houses. Pages 5-8 of the document contained coupons that were used for food and necessities, when used the use of the coupon was also recorded within the book.

Hi,
it is a document for people which were affected by bombing-raids. In this the scale of damage to their property was documented.
The last pic you are showing is a postcard which they could send to a central office with their new adress in order that relatives and friend could find them under the new adress (which was a other flat or a shared home with other people). The pass originally also content some coupons for food etc.
