Being a novice of soldbuchs can anyone tell me more about this book please like his address in Berlin and other details I cannot read and the volkssturm he was in
And is the price ok

This is not a Berlin Volkssturm Soldbuch, but a Volkssturm Soldbuch handed out to a man from Berlin.
The unit that handed out this SB "Volksst.Ausb.Stab/Brig." Is (at best) an unknown unit.
Price? If it's worth that much to you, the price is ok.
VS-SB are not that common, prices varie. A Breslau or Berlin VS-SB is mostly 2 to 3 times more expensive as a rather common example.
This SB I do not consider (but thats only my opinion) that special as it isn't linked with the more known battles.
The asked price can buy you 3-4 (basic) Wehrmacht SB
In the end it's up to you.
