I only know of the training brigade (Ausbildings Brigade Kroat) so I would be suspicious of this one. More learned colleagues will come along and comment further.

I would pass. It is not common unit so with these I am always careful. If you check backside you can see that stamping went through. Not a good sign on most of the tags.
