    Is the black part magnetic? And is the silver part non-magnetic? Can you see the middle iron core layer when viewing it from the side?

      What's the larking on the main pin? 4 or 6?

      Looks like a genuine cross, possibly slightly hand vaulted, with dark patina on worn areas.

        I'm going to call this a good Fritz Zimmerman EKI, '6' on the pin, despite the small photos. Everything looks right for this maker.
