Postwar Eichenlaub und Schwertern - identification possible?

This should be a postwar Oaks and Swords award to the Knight's Cross.
Is this an ordinary copy or a quality copy by a known manufacturer and/or a 1957 award?
    Many thanks for your expertise!

    Hi wrongplanet67,

    "... or a 1957 award?"

That is not possible, it can only be a copy.

1957 decorations had not been awarded, and only defined Third Reich decorations with an officially changed design can be called 1957 decorations.

Alright, thanks Uwe, but could one of the official/unofficial manufacturers be assigned to this copy as several of them made copies for the veteran souvenir collectors?

I'm referring to this thread that "screams" Souval ...

It is based on S&L's postwar OLS, which were made alongside their 57 RK!!
But this one is not made by S&L....just a cast fake unfortunately.
The quality and finish are poor, and the swords should be a separate part, soldered on.....
This has been cast in one piece, almost certainly not silver either, despite the "800" mark.

          Thanks Nigel.
Too bad, but it doesn’t look too bad from afar.

IMO it´s a crude cast of Eichenlaub und Schwerte
