Damaged German medal souvenir board sold to GI's

Hello forum

I bought this recently from a grandson of a WWII veteran.

This is actually the third souvenir board in about 10 years that I have found. The others I have posted in the past on the forum.

all seem near identical in terms of medals, placement, type of board, and even hand writing. This board is in poor shape compared to the other two I had. Likely some medals missing.

I was told they were put together and sold to GI's during occupation from left over original stock.

On the iron cross.... I see some sort of stamp on the ring but cant make it out. on the two other medals, I don't see anything.

My favorite by far is the DR. Fritz Todt medal.

I thought the word "Todt" means death, or dead in German? I assume it's associated with Org Todt?
