I think it is Deschler, as I got one in a Deschler envelope, but that doesn't mean they started life together. Jim

Sorry, but IMO not Deschler's cross R3.
Please compare the core with the date 1813 and a typical Deschler frame. It's not the same core.
This is the so-called core with a "large eight" = an unknown manufacturer.
