EK1 Clamshell-for review

I would like to get your opinion about this controversial EK1, type screwback-clamshell.
It is multi-pieces construction, magnetic and slightly convex.
To fit the core into the frame, edge of the number "9" had to be machined.
Attachment system is completely different from the standard one.
is this original Deumer cross with modified/alternative hardware or all the item is a post-war fantasy?
