          It is for sure no problem! There are at least three book dealers in Germany who will have it readily available as long as it is available. Only if you want a signed and dedicated example or the limited leather edition you need to order from me (bdpublish.com) directly.
          There is nothing I can do regarding the United States Postal Service postage costs.

                I would like to post the very first review of The Iron Cross 2. Class, which is now at the printer. The review is from our own George Stimson who is the only one who has seen the finished product yet. It is part of the forword of the upcoming issue of the International Militaria Collector. I also take the opportunity to thank him here again for his invaluable help in transforming my Denglish in to something more pleasing!

                As an aside, I’d like to mention that for the past several months I’ve been helping with the final editing of the upcoming B&D publication The Iron Cross 2. Class. This book has a level of research, information, and detail that is unprecedented in the realm of militaria histories, and it will undoubtedly be the authoritative work on the subject for years to come. The book is fascinating in the way it lays out the history, manufacturing processes, and award distributions of this very famous military order. It’s been a pleasure to work on it, and I’m proud to have contributed to what is sure to be one of the most comprehensive and important militaria-related works ever made available to the collectors community.
