    Thoughts on this EK2

Hi all I’m fairly new to awards , looking to purchase an EK2 but want to make sure it authentic. It said to be marked by Josef Feix Sohne Gablonze a.d.N.

Opinions on this one are appreciated.

With claw foot corners like that ....the only maker it could be - is a Shouval .
A full flat straight on picture if you can .. -- 89 is what the mark should be ... if the cross turns out to be war time .

          What !
Oh mother . 107 should - not -be on it either ----- cross still could be a post war Souval and the packet could be a fake as well .
          I would leave it .

All of the JFS EK2 packets I’ve seen were reproductions.

Ok thanks, did 107 not make EK2? I’ve seen they produced EK1’s?

Also sorry for the questions but also ran across this one at an auction early L/11 EK1 on ww1 stamping.

WhAt say you all on this one? Legit?

Thank you. It’s ridiculous how many fakes there are, glad I posted here.

I guess if I want one I’ll buy from the market place here. As auction I guess can’t be trusted.
