EK2 for review

I would like to get your opinion about originality of this EK2. Item is magnetic, made of three pieces. But, number "1813" looks unusual.

the full pictures not the best and the magnified image is only partial, so I from what you have seen that say that this is a 23 maker with own 23 inner core type

Of course this is my opinion ,but if possible ,put up full pictures about the cross
