I'm not sure that better photos will help this cross. As near as I can tell, this cross does not conform to the characteristics of any known original. In fact, this cross appears to be the type you can order from a certain cheap swag Militaria dealer as a so called "museum" copy.

When a seller of a knight cross can"t get some better pictures like that, it's not good sign of high quality
this is an item about more 10k euros the first thing to do: to take the better pictures as possible it's the basic thing to do!!
