    German Cross in Gold

I had this badge for quite some times and I was wondering if it is 100% original ?
The maker is by Klein 134.

              Oh Man,

Based on “1941” date it looks like a fake to me! I’m sorry…I hope, that i'm wrong...

This should help you as well: Deutsche Kreuze (Klein 134) diameter is: 63.00mm, weight: 44.00g.

                  Patrice,
You should ask the Mods, to transfer your post to the Crosses of the Wehrmacht section so you will have more answers…

                    Per Detlev

For what it's worth, I bought a cased 134 DK from Detlev Niemann about four years ago. Your badge and mine look like twin sisters. But again, it's always in the details and holding/massaging the piece usually is the deciding the factor. Looking at my Guantee of Authenticity, perhaps what Detlev wrote might help and/or be of interest as you ponder yours:

                    Measurement: W: 63,13 mm H: 63,20 mm Weight: 44,27 g

                      David,
Is your date “1941” looks the same as on the Patrice DKiG? Could you post some pictures please?

Thanks David and Robert for the feedback.

It would really help if we could see the "1941" mark on the wreath.

I would also like to send my badge to an expert that could evaluate its authenticity.
Anyone has a name of a US expert that I could send it to ?

Send it to Bill Shea. If you posted very detailed pics of the "134" stamp, that would be helpful, as the difference in the fakes is quite apparent there.

This is the best that my digital camera can do.

Close up but it is hard to tell since there is some patina on it.
