From pics both are good.

IMO The EK2 is a Otto Schickle 1 piece and the EK1 is a unmarked L/59 Alois Rettenmaier

The ek2 is a schickle 1-piece Schinkel.
The ek1 is an early S&L.
And as already was said as well: 300 is a VERY good price.

EK2 seems to me a Otto Shickel 1piece Schinkel variant. Great piece and one of my favourites makers. You can find only this piece around 300 €, so it's a very good price for both.
