Iron Cross with Spange Combo

Hi guys,
I've in collection a uniform with loops for what I think might be a Iron cross with spange combo. Seems very hard to find an original one by the way. I found this, listed as a partial original/partial fake. Is at least the cross a good one? Did exist L/15 Iron Cross combo marked in such way?

Sorry the spange is a fake. The one is the type used by S&L and only on the EKII spanges, also they are the only maker that used this type of "1". Jim
