'39 EK1 by L15 - Schickle , Orth or Floch?

Have researched these and see a number of crosses marked "L15" up for assessment and opinion. Seems that this maker mark indicates such crosses were post-war made by the infamous Floch. However, I found it quite interesting to note the thread from 2017 in which Giel VW remarks that he is "99% sure that Orth was the maker of these L15 crosses".

Going by the frame (nice F in the inner frame beading join top left of the swaz), looks to be an aged Floch to me, but you need to confirm that.
