L15 cross are always difficult.
On my cellphonescreen it looks like a Souval/L15 clone.

Wait for the EK Experts, they will give you the best answer.

the front photo not the best ,but the back side a known "Floch" back plate with mm L15 and not L/15 ( this Otto Schickle marke mark )

IMO not a good piece

Isn´t there normaly a different catch on the "Austrian" Floch fake? I thought that the catch on the EK in this thread was a typical Souval catch?
