ek2 mm25

just recieved this ek2 mm25 by arbeitsgemeinschaft der graveur hanau and during the course of my usual measuring and wieghing of my eks i found this one came in at a staggering 21.3 gramms and measured 45.4 across the width 44.9 height and 26.3 across the ends of the arms. i have doubt about its authenticity its a belting cross. has anyone else got one to compare. its the biggest cross (exept for my ubergrosse) that i have this must be one of the biggest ek2s manufactured .scans below

Here's mine. I cannot give a weight but it is 44.2mm across and the lower arm is 26.8mm wide.

so far we have got three different measurements on the same maker of cross,yours and terrys are close but mine is way out.how can this be?

This maker are not that exactly regarding the frames. Look at picture 1 here and the top arm, the size just out side the rim is different if you compare left to right side. They all have this more or less.

here it is had to scan it . notice the die flaws on the upper and lower beading on the 3 oclock arm,bottom beading to the 6 oclock arm and the upright beading to the 9 oclock arm

I thought both 24 and 25 (the Hanau Arbeitsgemeinschaft collectives) produced the "wide frame" EK2s that generally measure about 45mm across?

Your mm 25 looks different than the others pictured. The obverse 3 and 9 appear to be different. And also yours looks like it has less curvature to the arms of the cross themselves. Did this maker make EK2's at different times on different dies. I wonder how this is explained. Regardless, I like the looks of yours.
