Iron Cross 1st Class with Case (WW2)

Hi Everybody,
Can you please be of assistance? I have just been offered this Iron Cross 1st Class in it's original case and I would like some opinions please. It is obviously genuine and appears in pretty good shape. The asking price is Euros 250.00. What would a fair price be for this medal. Also, can anyone tell me who you think the maker might be?

IMO this the piece a good original W&L ,but the hook not original ( was repair ) and the box too good to me

I agree. To add, looks like an early cross, and possibly with a non-magnetic core.
