I see it's a 3-part cross. Magnetic or non-magnetic, I don't know ?

I do not know, if the only way to recognize it, is to keep it in own hands.

imo the ribbon ring not original ,the suspension ring little strange
but interesting type and I agree with Jarek ,these pictures do not really tell, that good or not
