are these German Spange original ?

sorry if I placed these in the wrong category. I usually see these associated with the iron cross.

I have these two pins that I bought about two years apart from different collectors.

I assumed they were/are bad. I had some time today to go through some stuff and just want to confirm.

I don't see any maker stamps anywhere. They look identical to me.
