Lieferant number 75?

Hi everyone,


I have this einzelspange for a while and know I want to put it into my files (which I was forgotten). An EK II collector told me that this is probably an unknown maker with lieferant number "75". Is this correct and is it typical for this maker to have such a narrow beading? I assume Scharffenberg was only a distributor in this case?

Strange that somebody took such care with ribbon folding but used completely strange - fake most likely - ribbon.
