    S&L GCIG oppinions please.

I know these are in the grey ground. Submitting for views. Finding out a little too late that S&L are not respected as proven maker of wartime specimens. Face it.....I'm hoping for the best.

For me they are postwar made but it is a nice "filler" on a uniform.

Thanks. I've made mistakes before. This is the biggest one. From a reputable dealer. I vetted them. took time. Now.. My advice to collectors. Do not trust. Learn and read. If you are unsure...walk away. When your collecting get's to the high end "rare" items.....be very very very cautious. I got burned. But, saying that' collecting historical items is still my passion.

Only good if you collect post war S&L as I do. A nice example, but not I think, what you were after.

Nice S&L Post War. Depends how much you paid for it. Not sure about the enamel being replaced.

In order to maintain peace we must prepare for war.
