I need help identifying the builders of these two EKs, as I do not have experience in these awards.

IMO lower cross is W&H (=109), but upper cross is beautifull - I believe it's early Brehmer (with pebble core).

It is possible that you are right, but I do not see the characteristic break between the numbers "9" and "3" ...

yes Jarek you right because on the front side the 3 number form not totally same ,but the frame 100% Grossmann and on the back side the yearnumber total same
