Makers ?

Please need help
have a WWII iron cross 2nd class with marked ring / looking at it with mag glass it looks like the letter F with the two horizontal lines coming together or bent or it looks like a P ? / do not have a camera that takes a close up so no pics

Also have a 1st class imperial cross with CD over 800

any help greatly appreciated
