KC ribbon. Opinion?

This one was mounted on a Souval post war KC (photos posted some days ago).
Is this ribbon period or post war made?

For me wartime ribbon.

Years ago I remember reading something about Souval had used original
RK ribbon material for their Knights Crosses. But don't quote me on that.
I suppose it could be true and eventually they just ran out of the original type.
