How to upload an image?

Hi Guys
I'm having issues uploading some Pictures for a thread(did read faq). Pressing the 'insert an image' it's asking for an url address. How do I manage?

When you join the forum as an Associate Member, the you can post pictures using the tools available. At the top of the forum there is a link (A. Member), click on this and then follow directions, it will cost you $35 a year, which is well worth the money. Jim
