IMO this is a hybrid cross ,Souval front frame with nonmagnetic inner core ,by maybe ORTH ,but the numbers similarity the Schenkl of type.
the pin ,neither Orth ,neither Souval

This is a the cross a really " mystery " that who made it ,
of course this is amy opinion .
