It was the height of the date that I was attempting to point out with the highlight. Way to low.

It definitely does not say '1816' however - although I agree, the blown up image makes it appear such.

The photos are awful, but regardless...I have no faith in this whatsoever.

I do agree with Jim, it looks very much like `1816` , on the smaller pic as well.
