Looks like an S&L (L/16). Post a straight on picture not at an angle. Jim

as a medal collector, can I see whole medal bar, please??

The recipient of that bar is Lt. (later Major) Ascan Klee Gobert, Hamburg.
In WW1 first he served in Ulanenregiment 20 (Württ.) and later as a pilot (JASTA)
with Udet. In WW2 he moved to France and later he was at the Luftverteidigung
of Hamburg (Flak). I think for that he was decorated with the clasp and the war merit cross.

In WW2 his son Ernst Ascan was pilot, too. He got the knights cross and was KIA in 1944.
