Salty EK1s

Hi guys,

I bought two EK1s over the weekend at the OVMS Show. They are kind of salty but at least they are real. It appears that both saw some action.

This first one is a Paul Meybauer. It has a faint '7' Lieferant number on the pin.

This other one is a C.F. Zimmermann. It is marked '20' on the underside of the pin.

I also picked up this lowly 1939 KVK2 by Gottlieb & Wagner. For $20 I couldn't pass this by as it is in beautiful condition and I like the long ribbon.

Very nice salty crosses. I love them like that and even a little worse for wear. Mint condition and unissued examples don't really blow my skirt up but these two beauties have the look of mud and cordite about them.

I like both crosses,when I saw the word salty I thought they would be junk...they are anything but junk they have that been there look just like I like them.
