I picked this up today and it’s well worn and salty looking. It’s also none magnetic. I put it next to a 90 pound magnet and it wasn’t attracted. I have been wondering about the maker so any help would be greatly appreciated.

It looks like there’s silver platting in areas where the paint has chipped away. I still can’t tell what type of core it is.

After doing some reading the core is thought to be brass. What is the rarity of this Cross from Deschler and value.
