The second time in my life (the previous one in the pictures below) I see a cross of this type.
I have never held it in my hands, but IMO is a post-war "fold" with the Maybauer core and a "post-war" frame.
Of course, I can be wrong, and with great curiosity I will listen to other opinions.

Yes, it does look like/resemble a 23, but I would need cleaner images to say that it is one.

IMO, we can go the easy way and recognize the frame as "23", but looking carefully, we see the frame (marked on the pictures) which are not the "23" frame. And if it is not frame "23" then it can only be a post-war frame, because I do not know the war frame with such features.
I think that the matter would be clearly solved by good pictures of this cross (without any glare), which clearly will show the features of the frame. IMO (!) is not, however, frame "23" ... but of course I can be wrong.
