Round 3 EK2 - maker

Just picked up a medal bar that has this round 3 EK2 on it and wanted to get your opinions as to originality and maker if known. I am posting photos of the entire bar in the General Awards section.

It is a ‘swastika on pedestal’ version, which refers to the swastica being upon a lifted or elevated plateau. I am uncertain of its maker, perhaps a Deschler.
