    Based on those two pictures I really can not see Klein und Quenzer EK1 here and especially because the numbers in the year, they look completely different from K&Q example, at least for me. I could be wrong though, of course. Anyhow if Bob has this cross in his hands he would be able to tell if this really is K&Q EK1, so if it is anything similar like that cross below then it really is K&Q EK1. Numbers in the 1939 should be the perfect match, they are always the same on all Klein und Quenzer crosses as far as I know.

      with this pin it is either a Juncker or a K&Q.

      K&Q van be found with 5 different cores....

        Hi Ben, I rushed and I was wrong obviously. Although similar Paul Maybauer EK1 still has slightly different pin and some other details also, but it really could be Juncker EK1 as I already mentioned. I have three different K&Q EK1 examples, but numbers in 1939 are practically identical, I do not see any difference between them. Although they might have the same type of core, but that is highly unlikely.
