Green LDO Case - BKA or Spain Cross

I need your help.
I got this nice and very very rare green LDO Case.
Good condition, with price Tag on the backside.
I thought that this case was made for a Spain Cross in Bronze.
But now a friend told me, that this case was made for BKA ??
Maybe someone can help me ?

Based on the outline, I'd say Spanish Cross, with swords perhaps. I had a box like this with the BKA outline visible.
