Opinions on EK2

I acquired these medals together and I would be happy to hear some opinions on the IC 2nd class.
I do no expect the grand cross to be any good, although the loop seems to be silver. The core is repainted and the rest of the cross seems to be painted and lacquerd as well.

For me looks like Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Graveur-, Gold- und Silberschemiedeinnungen (=25)
