    lame questions, but hey..

Yes, a presume I have a really dumb question, but i want to be sure:

has to be the core of both, EKI and EKII 1939, magnetic or just the EKI?
And what about the EKI pins - they shouldn't be magnetic, or?..

    Thanks for advice.

Easy answer - cores will not always be magnetic, but probably 97% of the time. There are some variants - both EK 1 & 2 - with non-magnetic cores.

    Not sure about the pins.....
Unless it was nighttime, or the weather was bad, and you were running out of gas - then it was a sweaty nightmare, like a monkey f*ing a skunk.

I've got a zink cored Schinkle EKII.

Well, Herr Niemann said it was zink so that's good enough for me.

          Ask away!

There's no such thing as a "lame question" in the "Crosses of the Wehrmacht" Forum.
