are these 4 Iron Crosses all made by Juncker ?

Yes, Alex, all of the crosses are Juncker’s, to the best of my knowledge. The first, second and fourth crosses have the 3-flaw frames and the ‘tear-drop 9’ cores. The third cross has the ‘common’ Juncker frame with a different Juncker core, IMO.

I’ve not done studies on this, but could this ‘long-flawed’ Juncker frame be the same frame as the ‘common’ Juncker frame only with advanced flawing?

No, these are not the same frames.
Similarly, it is not proven that the author of the Long Flaw Frame cross is Juncker. Currently, it is determined that the author of the LFF cross is a Maker from Berlin associated with Juncker. This is the result of many discussions on this subject.
