How do these look to the long time collectors? They came out looking gold in the pictures, but they are silver in color.

Hello,

a big give away is the head of the eagle, the needle, the talons of the eagle and many other details. Compare this one to one of the known originals- i bet you'll see many differences.
At least- it is a well known copy since many years.
